A most ambitious work undertaken & published privately by the author, detailing the experiences of the 10th Cruiser Squadron (in which he served aboard the flagship HMS 'Alsation' & as First Lt. at HMS 'Mars', the Invergordon Naval Base) their role being to enforce the Atlantic blockade. Orig. blue cloth, gilt, dec. with German naval flag to front, a little light staining to cloth, generally VG in chipped/stained but rare dw. See illustrations on our website.
